Big body, tiny sample, still mostly a mystery in Bloomington
In the 2014-15 season, Indiana center Jeremiah April flashed a classic rim-protecting big-man profile at 6-11 and 240 pounds, but his impact was limited by an ankle issue and a very small role, finishing with 1.5 points and 1.3 rebounds in 4 games. His best selling points were size, shot-blocking feel, and the ability to finish around the rim; the concern was availability and developmental runway. He looked like a project with some post upside, not an instant rotation answer.
