Kelsey Beard brings size, rim protection, and efficient frontcourt upside to UC Davis
Beard is a 6-3 forward for UC Davis whose game profile has long been built on interior presence, rebounding, and shot-blocking—she was known in high school for a league-record 45 blocks and as a junior averaged 10.1 points, 7.3 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks per game, signaling a dependable paint anchor with toughness and timing. Her listed college bio and archived stats show a role player’s efficiency and frontcourt value rather than empty-volume production, which makes her the kind of fit coaches like when they need defense, board work, and low-drama physicality.
