Tall outside target with a long-game Blue Raiders profile
Ricky Blair is a 6-foot-3, 184-pound senior wide receiver for Middle Tennessee who has been more of a developmental depth piece than a featured producer, with action in just three games and two catches in the 2016 season before not appearing in games in 2017.[1] His appeal is size and catch radius, which can matter in red-zone or contested-catch packages, but the available record suggests limited recent on-field output, so he looks more like a low-risk depth add than a proven impact receiver.[1]
