Playmaking Guard Who Has Long Been a Winning Engine for Toledo
Shafir is a high-IQ, pass-first guard whose game has long been built on pace control, court vision, and pressure creation—she was Toledo’s all-time assists leader and a career 13.5-point, 3.3-rebound, 5.2-assist player across 139 starts, with a signature 40-point WNIT championship performance against USC[6][9]. Her differentiators are toughness, leadership, and two-way disruption: she piled up double-digit scoring nights, drove the lane to create offense, and paired it with steals and steady free-throw shooting[6][8]. If you want a poised, competitive floor general who makes teammates better, she fits.
