Purdue’s steady, high-volume wing who lived from the arc
Keaton Grant was a rugged Purdue guard whose value came from spacing the floor, defending, and doing the little things that help good teams win. In the 2006-07 season, he averaged 4.4 points, 2.2 rebounds, and 1.9 assists in 34 games, and by the end of his Purdue career he ranked fourth in three-point attempts, fifth in made threes, and 44th in career points. He was a high-IQ, durable rotation piece with real experience—more glue guy than headline grabber, but exactly the kind of player contenders trust.
