Physical Liberty RB with linebacker toughness and situational upside
Malik Caper is a **physical, downhill runner** for Liberty whose background as a linebacker shows up in his contact balance, willingness to finish runs, and special-teams/body-up-the-defense mindset.[3][5] In the 2023 season, he also saw defensive action in six games, which adds value as a versatile depth piece rather than just a one-role back.[5] He is the kind of player a team can plug in for toughness, short-yardage utility, and locker-room edge, though he looks more like a complementary piece than a featured offensive engine based on the available production.[4][5]
