Tyler Von Nessen brings Villanova a physical, downhill linebacker presence
Tyler Von Nessen is a Villanova linebacker worth watching because he projects as a **tough, assignment-sound defender** who can help vs. the run and in space, which is exactly the kind of profile coaches value in a reliable LB fit. Villanova lists him on its football roster, but public stats and national scouting notes on his current college production are limited, so the biggest takeaway is his fit: a player likely valued for physicality, effort, and consistency more than flash. If you want a linebacker who can add edge, discipline, and tackling reliability, he is the kind of depth piece that can matter.[1]
