Khari Bendolph brings early-season disruption and downhill juice to UMass
In the 2026 season, Khari Bendolph has flashed as an active, physical linebacker for Massachusetts, recording 3 tackles and 0.5 sacks in the opener at Rutgers. He already showed he can finish plays in 2025 at Jacksonville State, where he logged 19 tackles and 0.5 sacks, and his profile suggests a compact, attack-minded WILL-type defender at 6-1, 220. The fit? He looks like a useful high-motor, special-teams-friendly linebacker who can add edge pressure and chase speed; the hype here is more about energy and downhill flash than finished product.
