a name on Western Kentucky’s roster, but not a current on-court impact player
Kawaun Jakes is listed as a Western Kentucky men’s basketball guard, but the available sources do not show meaningful current basketball production or recent stat-leader impact, and one WKU source indicates he later shifted focus to football. For a team fit, the key takeaway is upside is hard to evaluate from public data alone: there’s no clear evidence here of recent shot creation, efficiency, or defensive impact on the basketball floor, so he profiles more as an unknown than a proven contributor.
