Raven Jackson brings contact skills, academic discipline, and steady freshman upside to Hampton’s outfield
Jackson is a developing Hampton outfielder who showed early-college value in 2025 by appearing in 15 games, getting her first hit against Quinnipiac, and posting a career-high two-hit game against North Carolina Central, while also earning CAA Dean’s List honors in Spring 2025. Her high-school résumé was louder than her college stat line — a .670 hitter with 21 career home runs and a Player of the Year nod — which suggests real upside if she continues translating bat-to-ball skills and competitive polish into tougher Division I production.
