Georgetown's JT Raab: Dominant 13-K Game Earns BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week
JT Raab, a 6'5" 225-lb graduate student RHP for Georgetown, is a high-impact differentiator who just delivered a career-high 13 strikeouts over seven scoreless innings to clinch a series win, earning his first BIG EAST Pitcher of the Week honor in May 2026 [2]. While his 2026 ERA sits at 6.90 across limited appearances [4], his 2025 season showcased elite consistency with a 3.63 ERA and unanimous All-Big East preseason honors [9]. Raab's massive frame, right-handed power, and graduate-level maturity make him an intense, reliable arm for teams needing a series-clinching starter; his history includes Cape Cod League experience with the Orleans Firebirds, proving he can handle elite summer pressure [3][5].
