Marcus Washington brings steady guard depth and veteran poise to ULM
Marcus Washington is a 6-2 senior guard for ULM who gives the Warhawks a low-drama, experienced backcourt option; in the 2024-25 season, he appeared in 20 games and averaged 3.0 points per game, so his value is less about gaudy box-score numbers and more about reliability, positional size, and knowing how to fit into a team role.[4] He looks like the kind of guard a coach can trust to understand the system, compete on both ends, and stabilize second-unit minutes rather than force the issue.[4]
