the polished, high-IQ Boston College tight end with pro-ready hands
Tommy Sweeney’s Boston College profile is built on steadiness, not flash: in the 2018 season he posted 32 catches for 348 yards and 3 touchdowns, and he finished his BC career with 99 receptions for 1,281 yards and 10 scores. He was widely described as a big, powerful tight end with surprisingly quick feet and reliable hands, which is exactly why evaluators liked him as a complete tight-end fit. If you want a dependable, smart, physical TE who can do the dirty work and still threaten the seam, he’s your guy.
