Veteran Savannah State DL Tametric Hunt brings size, experience, and old-school trench value
Tametric Hunt is a senior defensive lineman for Savannah State in the 2026 season, listed at 5-10 and 280 pounds, with a long track record in the program that dates back at least to the 2008 season. His biggest differentiator is experience: he’s a compact, sturdy interior presence who has developed into a dependable line piece over time, with prior seasons showing both defensive production and enough versatility to stick around. If a team wants a tough, lower-center-of-gravity DL who understands leverage and the dirty work, Hunt is the kind of fit that quietly helps a front stay physical.
