Matthew Brown brings low-bullpen leverage upside to Oklahoma State
In 2025, Brown made 14 appearances for Oklahoma State, with 13 coming out of the bullpen, and logged a scoreless inning with a strikeout in one outing.[3] The appeal is his relief profile: a right-handed arm with enough strike-throwing reliability to earn repeated innings, and a track record that suggests he can be useful in lower-pressure relief work while he continues to develop into a more consistent weapon.[3]
