John Hinchen is Villanova’s field-flipping specialist
Hinchen is a proven special-teams asset for Villanova, highlighted by a 2017 stretch in which he led the CAA in punting average and earned CAA Special Teams Player of the Week after averaging 45.0 yards per punt at Towson. His value goes beyond raw distance: he consistently flips field position, has shown the ability to land punts inside the 20, and was recognized as one of Villanova’s top special-teams performers. For a team needing a reliable, assignment-sound punter who can change field position in tight games, he’s the kind of quiet difference-maker coaches trust.
