experienced Tulane back with proven burst and receiving chops
Dontrell Hilliard is listed on Tulane’s 2026 roster as a 6-foot, 205-pound senior running back from Baton Rouge, which fits the profile of an experienced, compact, physical back who can handle contact and contribute as a receiver. His earlier Tulane production showed real pass-game utility and quick-cut explosiveness, and his career path suggests a player who has had to fight through adversity rather than coast on hype. If a team wants a mature, versatile back with special-teams usefulness and enough football savvy to pick things up fast, he’s an intriguing fit.
