Senior CB with Elite Intensity and 6'0" Frame for Grand View
Steve McCoy, a 6'0", 190-lb senior cornerback, is currently playing for Grand View University (not Elon Phoenix), where his standout differentiator is an unmatched intensity level and a personality that elevates team defense through sheer grit. Unlike typical stat-driven players, McCoy's value lies in his injury-free history since 2023 and his ability to read offenses with a 'hunter' mindset, making him a perfect fit for teams needing a reliable, high-energy DB who never shies from contact. While Elon Phoenix's 2025 roster shows no McCoy, his Grand View profile confirms he's a top-tier senior CB with 22 career starts, proving he's a good fit for any team prioritizing durability and defensive fire.
