Morehead State QB With Room to Swing a Game
J.D. Tanner is worth watching because a Morehead State quarterback who can help drive a rally-cap offense has to manage pressure, process quickly, and create balance when the run game or defense gives the team an opening; the Eagles’ 2025 results show a program that can be volatile but dangerous when it strings together efficient possessions and explosive plays. I do not have reliable public stat-line evidence in the provided results to pin down Tanner’s exact season production, so the safest read is that his value is tied to fit: a team wanting a poised, adaptable QB with upside in a competitive FCS/Pioneer League environment should keep him on the board.
