Taylah Thomas brings size, rebounding punch, and physicality to Texas Tech’s front line
A 6-foot-1 senior forward from Arlington, Thomas gives the Lady Raiders a rugged, interior-minded presence who can rebound, finish through contact, and steady a lineup with her physical edge. In Texas Tech’s 2021-22 season, she averaged 8.3 points and 3.2 rebounds, and her best games showed real pop—like a 12-point, 13-rebound effort against Texas. She looks like a fit for teams that value effort, toughness, and frontcourt depth over flash.
