Lyndsey Whilby gives Kennesaw State efficient scoring on the wing
Whilby is a useful guard because she can score efficiently without needing heavy volume, as shown by her 15 points on 6-of-8 shooting in Kennesaw State’s 70-63 win over Eastern Kentucky in the 2022-23 season. She looks like a steady complementary scorer rather than a high-usage centerpiece, with quick offensive contribution and enough versatility to help on the glass and in passing lanes. For a team, that makes her appealing as a low-drama, high-fit backcourt piece who can plug into a system and provide immediate value.[1]
