High-Intensity Guard with Ball-Handling Mastery for LIU Sharks
LaForest Knox (#31) is a high-intensity, skilled scoring point guard for LIU Sharks who excels with the ball in his hands, making 3-pointers and mid-range jumpers with precision. While his 2025-26 stats show 5.7 PPG, 2.1 AST, and 31.5% FG%, his true differentiator is his relentless defensive pressure (0.9 STL) and elite free-throw shooting (85.7% FT%), reflecting a personality of quiet confidence and clutch reliability. He has no known injury history, maintains a fill-out frame that enhances his physicality, and brings an intensity level that elevates team morale. You should care because Knox is a versatile, data-driven fit for teams needing a guard who balances scoring with ball security and defensive grit—ideal for squads prioritizing intensity and adaptability over raw stats.
