Senior Missouri walk-on with local roots and highlight-play hands
Otte is a senior wide receiver at Missouri and a walk-on from Rolla, Mo., which gives him a clear local-program fit and a developmental profile rather than a high-volume production résumé.[1][3] The strongest public signal available is a spring-practice highlight in which he made a diving, tumbling catch with fully extended arms, suggesting reliable hands, concentration, and willingness to finish plays through contact.[3] He looks like a depth, effort, and special-situations candidate more than a proven stat leader, so he fits a team that values toughness, retention, and upside in a hardworking receiver room.[1][3]
