Instinctive Oregon State linebacker with special-teams value
John Miller is a physical, assignment-sound linebacker who built his Oregon State resume on hustle, tackling range, and special-teams usefulness rather than gaudy box-score dominance. In the 2023 season, he played in five games and totaled 11 tackles for the Beavers, after appearing in 13 games in 2021 and 12 in 2022.[7][8] His best fit is a defense that values reliability, pursuit speed, and depth over splashy production; the main question is whether he can turn that steady, role-player profile into a bigger weekly impact.[7][8]
