Southeastern Louisiana's David Daniels: Emerging Safety with Ball-Hawking Instincts
David Daniels, safety for the Southeastern Louisiana Lions, stands out with his athletic frame (6'1", 205 lbs), elite ball skills, and smart run fits, making him a versatile defender who excels in coverage and downhill pursuit. Transferring from Georgia (10 tackles, 1 PBU in 2023) and Troy, his intensity and gap discipline shine against the run, positioning him as a reliable FCS starter with NFL scout buzz for his plus athleticism—ideal for teams needing a physical, instinctive back-end playmaker without injury concerns.
