Gabe Kays is a young, rising piece on Morehead State’s offensive line
In the 2024 season, Gabe Kays played in 5 games as a first-year lineman, and by 2025 he was listed as a 6-foot-4, 285-pound redshirt freshman for Morehead State[3][12]. His background at Louisville Trinity is a real separator: he was a two-year starter, earned first-team all-state honors as a junior in 2022, and allowed no sacks as a senior in 2023[3]. That kind of résumé points to a technically sound, physically ready blocker with upside—especially if you value development, toughness, and a player who already has winning-lineage habits baked in[3].
