Lloyd Neely II brings veteran size and efficient, low-usage scoring to Oakland
Neely is a 6'7" forward from Detroit who profiles as a steady, physical frontcourt piece rather than a volume scorer, with ESPN listing him at 1.4 points, 1.0 rebounds, and 43.9% shooting. His value is more about fit than flash: he gives Oakland another long body, has a local background, and has shown enough offensive touch to finish around the rim when chances come. If you need a reliable depth forward who won’t hijack possessions, he’s the kind of glue guy coaches appreciate.
