Taco Dowler is Montana State’s clutch, all-purpose spark plug
In 2026, Taco Dowler has already shown why Montana State trusts him in big moments: he’s a captain, a top preseason All-America mention at receiver, all-purpose player, and punt returner, and he helped power the Bobcats’ early-season offense with 5 catches for 97 yards and a score against Butler while moving into Montana State’s top five all-time in receiving yards. At 5-foot-9, he wins with quickness, toughness, and versatility — the kind of reliable, high-motor playmaker who can fit anywhere a staff wants production plus edge.
