veteran EWU road-grader with all-conference pedigree
Thomas Gomez is a seasoned Eastern Washington offensive lineman who earned Big Sky honorable mention recognition in the 2015 season and was praised for anchoring a high-powered Eagle offense that helped EWU set school and conference scoring marks. His value is the unglamorous stuff that wins drives: size, experience, and steadiness in pass protection and run-game leverage. The bigger differentiator is his comeback arc after past academic and discipline setbacks, which suggests resilience and maturity. If a team wants a tough, dependable interior blocker who’s been tested, Gomez fits the mold.
