Mississippi State’s rugged, glass-cleaning forward with an old-school edge
In the 2003-04 season, Branden Vincent was a low-drama, high-impact frontcourt piece for Mississippi State, averaging 7.4 points, 7.6 rebounds, and 1.3 blocks while shooting 51.8% from the field. His calling card was toughness: he finished fifth in the SEC in rebounding, offensive rebounds, and blocked shots, and he earned Mississippi State’s Best Defensive Player and Most Improved Player honors. If you want a physical, rim-protecting forward who thrives on effort, rebounds, and winning plays, Vincent is a clean fit.
