Delaware’s Rising Junior Pitcher with 64 mph Velocity and 30 Ks
Kylie Wilkerson, a 5'9" junior right-handed pitcher for the Delaware Blue Hens, differentiates herself with a 64 mph fastball and the ability to work deep counts, striking out 30 batters in 61.2 innings during her 2025 debut season [2][5][7]. Though her 4.65 ERA reflects early adjustment to NCAA pitching, she showed resilience with one complete game and a save, pitching in 28 games with seven starts [5]. Wilkerson, a Warrenton, VA native with a 3.6 GPA, brings high intensity, academic discipline, and versatility (also playing outfield/UTL), making her a reliable, coachable arm for teams needing a developing pitcher with strong upside and mental toughness [2][5][6].
