Olen Whitely brings veteran DB energy and versatility to Central Arkansas
Olen Whitely is listed as a defensive back, but the available public records don’t show current 2026 game-by-game production for Central Arkansas, so the safest read is that he’s a depth/utility piece whose value comes from positional flexibility and experience rather than headline stats. The most reliable historical trace shows Whitely as a DB in prior college football records, which suggests a long-tenured defensive profile that fits teams needing range, tackling willingness, and matchup adaptability. If Central Arkansas is leaning on him, it’s likely because he can help stabilize the back end and do the unglamorous stuff coaches love.
