Willie Jones Jr. brings legacy talent and edge-rushing upside to Florida State
Willie Jones Jr. is a Florida State defensive end with the kind of name-and-game combo that usually gets coaches leaning forward: inherited Seminole pedigree, pass-rush juice, and a reputation for playing with intensity. His profile points to strength, speed, and disruptive upside rather than just box-score noise, which makes him intriguing if you want a DE who can win with effort and athletic tools. The one caution flag is availability and continuity, since earlier FSU Jones family history includes injury setbacks, so he fits best if you want a high-upside, physically gifted edge presence with room to grow.
