Lleyton Grubich is Campbell’s steady lefty with swing-and-miss upside
In the 2026 season, Grubich opened with a bang, earning CAA Pitcher of the Week after holding Cal Poly to one run over 5.2 innings, and he’s been valuable as both a starter and multi-inning weapon thanks to his strike-throwing, poise, and ability to limit damage. He also entered 2026 as a preseason all-CAA honorable mention after posting a 4.26 ERA in 2025, and Campbell later noted he was sidelined by an elbow injury after just two starts, so the big question is durability. If you want a composed left-hander with proven conference value, he’s absolutely worth a look.
