veteran Delta Devils guard with efficient scoring touch and proven big-game pedigree
Cor-J Cox brings a real veteran’s résumé to Mississippi Valley State: in the 2011-12 season he averaged 11.3 points and 6.7 rebounds while shooting 50.3% from the field, and he was named SWAC Tournament MVP after helping lead MVSU to the title. He profiles as an efficient, physical guard/wing who can score without forcing it, rebound above his position, and deliver in high-leverage moments. If you want a steady, battle-tested piece with championship DNA and a knack for doing the dirty work, Cox is easy to like.
