Physical Lafayette TE with a blocker-first profile and limited receiving volume
Ryan Monteyne is a big-bodied Lafayette tight end listed at 6'2", 220-225 pounds who has primarily operated in a hybrid H-back/TE role, and his current stat line shows limited but real receiving usage rather than feature-playmaker volume. In the 2024 season, ESPN lists him with 1 catch for 2 yards and 0 touchdowns, which suggests a player valued more for alignment flexibility, physicality, and assignment reliability than box-score production. If your team wants a tough, scheme-versatile tight end who can help in the run game and do the dirty work, he fits; if you need a high-volume mismatch receiver, that is not his present profile.[1][4]
