Anthony Lewis gives Eastern Illinois a disruptive, high-effort presence up front
Anthony Lewis is listed as a defensive lineman for Eastern Illinois, but the clearest takeaway is his activity and effort rather than raw measurables. In 2024, a reliable preview of his impact described him as a leader and team-first defender who appeared in nine games with 14 tackles, a tackle for loss, half a sack, and a blocked kick—exactly the kind of short-field, dirty-work value coaches love. If you want an energetic DL who can contribute in multiple ways and raise the room’s tone, Lewis looks like a strong fit.
