Efficient Scorer Who Made NBA Impact After Oklahoma State
Sanders was a solid two-way guard/forward for Oklahoma State who translated his college success into professional opportunities. The Liberal, Kansas native brought a 48.5% field goal percentage to the NBA, demonstrating shooting efficiency. While his pro career with the San Antonio Spurs was brief (averaging 2.6 PPG), Sanders proved capable of contributing on both ends—he earned All-CBA Second Team and All-Defensive Team honors in 2005, showcasing defensive intensity and versatility. His international success (French Cup winner, 2007) highlights his ability to compete at high levels. Best fit: Teams seeking a depth guard with defensive prowess and reliable shooting touch.
