Razzie Smith brings ball-hawking savvy to South Carolina State’s secondary
Razzie Smith, a South Carolina State DB, stands out for takeaways and coverage instincts rather than flash: ESPN lists him with 1 interception and 1 pass breakup, showing a defender who can make quarterbacks pay for mistakes[1]. He also comes from a strong Bulldogs football lineage, which adds some nice “knows-what-this-program-means” edge to his profile[3]. If you need a composed, opportunistic defensive back who fits a disciplined system and can be trusted to compete in big moments, Smith looks like a solid fit[1][3].
