Tackling Machine with Proven College Pedigree at NCCU
Tre'Von King, a versatile DB for the North Carolina Central Eagles, flashed early promise in the 2015 season with 8 tackles, 1 INT, and a fumble recovery across 9 games, including 4 stops vs. Duke—showcasing his ball skills and run support. His elite high school stats (113 tackles, 76 solo, 4 sacks, 4 caused fumbles in 2020-21 at Crosby HS) highlight a hard-hitting, disruptive playmaker with above-national-average instincts. At 6-3, 208 lbs, his size-speed combo and intensity make him a scheme-flexible gem for teams needing coverage reliability and big-play potential; low injury flags and recent Bowie State senior status suggest transfer upside.
