Luke Orfi brings speed, pop, and a proven infield résumé to Texas Tech
Orfi is a high-upside junior infielder whose JUCO track record stands out: Texas Tech lists him at 22 career home runs and 101 stolen bases over 125 games, a rare blend of power and speed that makes him more than just a glove-first middle infielder[6]. He also arrives with strong pedigree and experience, including first-team JUCO All-American recognition noted on his profile, which suggests he has already performed against advanced competition[4][6]. If you want an athletic, disruptive infielder who can change a game on both sides of the ball, he is worth attention[6][7].
