Simon Wright brings veteran size and a system-fit wing profile to Maryland
Simon Wright is a 6-foot-7 veteran forward who arrived at Maryland as a transfer and has already made his debut for the Terrapins, giving the roster a mature, classroom-smart piece with multiple years of college experience. His appeal is less about eye-popping stat lines and more about fit: size on the wing, experience, and a steady, low-drama presence in a new-look Maryland group. If you want a polished role player who can absorb physical minutes and help stabilize a team, Wright is worth the look.
