veteran VMI guard known for playmaking and steady backcourt control
Rich’s VMI profile shows a guard who has been trusted to handle real minutes and run an offense, with a track record of creating for others and making the simple play under pressure. In his 2015-16 season, he played in all 30 games, logged 19.5 minutes per game, and ranked third on the team with 45 assists, including an 11-assist two-game stretch, which points to a pass-first creator rather than a high-usage scorer.[1] If you want a reliable guard who can organize possessions, he looks like a fit; if you need a pure volume scorer, that is not his primary calling card.[1][3]
