Davidson WR Johnny Evans: veteran name, but no clear current performance trail
Publicly available current-season data for Davidson receiver Johnny Evans is thin, and the clearest verified roster record shows him as a 2015 freshman at 6-foot-1, 200 pounds rather than an active 2026 stat leader[1][2]. That means the smartest read is caution: there isn’t enough reliable evidence to sell him as a breakout producer right now, but his listed size suggests the kind of frame that can help in contested catches and physical route work if he is indeed back on the roster[1].
