UMass Guard Anchors 16-Win Season with Clutch Down-Stretch Execution
Allie Palmieri is a high-intensity guard for the Massachusetts Minutewomen who helped drive the team to a 16-13 regular season in 2024-2025, including an 11-7 Atlantic 10 record[1][2]. Her differentiator is her elite late-game execution, evidenced by UMass outscoring George Washington 22-13 in the final quarter of their season finale to secure win #16[1]. While specific stat leaders data for Palmieri isn't publicly broken out in the provided summaries, her role in a team that finished with 17 total wins suggests she is a reliable, battle-tested contributor who thrives under pressure[2]. She is an excellent fit for teams needing a guard with proven resilience, a winning mentality, and the ability to close out games with intensity, making her a valuable asset for any roster seeking immediate competitiveness in the Atlantic 10.
