Undrafted Central Michigan RB with Limited NFL Traction
Joe Bacci, a 31-year-old undrafted running back from Central Michigan, had minimal NFL impact during his one year of professional experience with the Tennessee Titans[1][5]. In college, he appeared in 13 games with seven starts and earned Academic All-MAC honors[8], demonstrating reliability and intelligence. However, his professional career stalled quickly—he received insufficient snaps for meaningful statistical evaluation[1]. Bacci's profile suggests a role player rather than a featured back, best suited for teams seeking depth at RB or fullback with strong character and work ethic.
