Mehkel Harvey brings rim protection, toughness, and veteran reliability to William & Mary
In the 2021-22 season, Mehkel Harvey was a defense-first frontcourt anchor for William & Mary, earning CAA All-Defensive Team honors and finishing among the Tribe’s all-time shot-blocking leaders with 64 career blocks and a 1.14 blocks-per-game average. His calling card has long been elite rim protection and rebounding, and William & Mary coaches praised his size, athleticism, wingspan, and basketball instincts. The fit is obvious if a team needs a rugged, high-motor big who impacts games without needing touches.
