Jake Paczkowski brings contact-driven offense and catcher versatility to Northern Colorado
Paczkowski entered Northern Colorado after a productive prep career at Heritage High School, where he posted a .457 batting average and .576 on-base percentage in 2023-24, then continued his baseball path through Folsom Lake College before landing with the Bears. His profile points to a compact, right-handed catcher with usable athleticism and a history of getting on base, which makes him a value add if you want a steady defender who can contribute offensively. The biggest draw is his bat-to-ball ability and experience behind the plate; the main question is how that prep production translates against Division I pitching.
