NAU’s steady snap specialist: Andy Rodriguez brings veteran reliability
Andy Rodriguez is a long-snapper for Northern Arizona who profiles as a low-drama, high-trust special teams piece: ESPN lists him at No. 59, and NAU has previously described him as the primary snapper on punts with action in all 11 games in the 2016 season. He’s the kind of veteran specialist coaches love because consistency matters more than flash at this spot, and his frame (5'10", 200 lbs) fits the job. The stat sheet won’t wow you, but his value is reliability, roster stability, and special-teams know-how.
