Alex Thomas brings length and depth to CSU’s defensive front
Alex Thomas appears on Charleston Southern’s 2026 football roster as a defensive lineman, but there isn’t enough reliable public stat data yet to prove a breakout season. The best reason to care is projection: if he’s getting snaps, CSU likely values his size, effort, and ability to help control the line of scrimmage rather than flashy numbers. For a team, that usually means a developmental DL with upside, especially if you want a tough, rotational piece who can eat blocks and keep the front fresh.
